Advanced Fiber Optic Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is a key component of our streamlined production process, allowing for fast, precise, and consistent results. We utilize two high-performance HK America fiber optic lasers, which are equipped to handle a wide range of materials from 28 GA to 1-1/4-inch plate on a generous 5 ft. x 14 ft. work area.
The unparalleled precision of our lasers enables us to execute the most intricate cut patterns and produce extremely fine piercings. This versatility makes them perfect for creating everything from large, complex components to a high volume of small parts or even specialized artistic designs.
Our press brake forming capabilities are anchored by our 175-ton press brake, which can precisely form materials up to 1/2 inch thick. Our skilled operators use this powerful machine for a variety of applications, ensuring every bend and angle is created exactly to your specifications.
Quality welding is at the heart of what we do. Our team of experienced, tenured, and certified welders is committed to providing superior craftsmanship on every project. We specialize in both MIG and TIG welding, consistently producing high-quality welds that meet or exceed industry standards, regardless of the assembly's complexity.
CNC fabricators is capable of accurately and cost effectively punching holes into plate & angle bars. Capable of up to 1.0 inch material, this machine enables the creation of many components with common utilization for dimpled stair steps and platforms.
Prior to further fabrication raw material is often cut to size using our vertical shuttle saws capable of processing up to 10 inch Outer Diameter (OD) material.
